  1. cool thanks. on the loom the choke, throttle and oil pressure go thru there?
  2. any chance of a side view with a tape measure next to it? thanks!
  3. the drip tube from the vent, where which wires and cables go thru the wall. Pretty much the whole thing, I'll have to make sure to reverse the pictures tho!
  4. I'm by 35E and 494...should be around if you'd wanna stop by and peek at my beast, otherwise shiping is fine.
  5. looking for a spare interior window division bar, anyone have a spare? Gonna try an experiment to modify it to look "original" for a mirror. thanks
  6. anyone have any clear shots of the layout on the firewall? Inside and ouside would be perfect. One thing I neglected to do before the tear down and things may have been modified/missing. thanks
  7. fuel pump rebuild is super easy, I'd rebuild if I were you. On my truck I said screw it and put all "modern" studs on. No left side/right side on my truck, much easier to deal with. No idea if I'd get nicked on that in judging. In my truck I replaced all the lines, fuel and brake, with lines from FedHill that are the cupro-nickel, bend by hand but NO reust EVER!
  8. welcome, when you get a truck it'll be great to see where you are starting from!
  9. tricklecharge or full bore charge you always put the + to the + and the - to the -
  10. happy new year everyone! Keep it safe and fun! Till next year!
  11. I've seen that for other sites, it can be a two edged sword tho. Some people value their privacy...I'm somewhat indifferent, heck, even posting a picture taken with a digital camera of any sort can give a savy person the geo-tracking location of the picture.
  12. that would be PERFECT for me, being from a Guernsey Dairy farm and all, but I don't got $2500 (if it is even worth that much) and space for it.
  13. the shop manual implies there are, mine were either rusted off or whenthe shaft got sanblasted they took them off. My yoke had a nice arrow forged in it.
  14. congrats again, I've been wanting to say something over here! Just think, in a few years you'll have that helper around to get you the tools whilst you are deep under a truck/car!
  15. ditto what he said for my truck. But I only had shims on one side, no space on the other side for them.
  16. I don't know if I'd want that ghosted image of hands and a camera! Look really nice!
  17. ok, since I got my VR all spruced up I need to send it in to the guy for the solid state conversion. Few questions: the one resistor should be between 36-40 ohms and the other should be 6.5-7.4 ohms? amperage 45 amps. Does that all sound correct?
  18. I'd say the ones you took off are the correct ones. I think the dimpled are from pre51.
  19. PM sent, I have my old ones. Or you can get them from Eaton like I did, just spendy.
