  1. Have you looked into VPW? They should have the proper ones.
  2. Another day...and another day not done. But I am closer. I just need to add a stop under the cab, build out a front bumper point, finish trimming up stuff, decide welding method where I grafted in cab corners, and add bumper holes. I did add another connection point up front. Hoping the driver side isn't 1.5 weeks like this has been.
  3. inner fenders continue to be more work than I had in my mind....
  4. Actually the dash center badge makes it a 51 or 52, the 53 had the plastic "DODGE" badge. As for the truck project in general, brigning home and gettting back on the road some family history is fun!

  10. Well, I start work at 430 or 5AM (still get up w/o an alarm clock...dang dairy farm kids) and get done 8ish hours later. eat quick and head out to the shop, work till 5 or 530, then into the house for supper and some quality time with the wife. Once summer rolls around I'll go back out for work after eating and avoid TV....I get bored easily, so I build (trucks or woodworking). I appreviate the aknowledgement!
  11. For me I ice skating all day...roller blading/skating not so much. But for catching a groove in the ice a few years back I earned a small tear in my right knee meniscus....as the doctor said...."at your stage in life these things happen"....thanks doc
  12. Corners finished and trimmed to fit. Lower front will be cooling cup holders, angle will hold window controls and top will be hinged top with storage. Seats have arm rests already.
  13. Lots of tacks later....tomorrow corners and bracing/mounting
