From the LADUMBASS COLLECTION i have a 1950 DODGE MEADOWBROOK new interior " seat`s,headliner,door panel`s " decent paint rebuilt motor needs brake work , has been sitting and not started up for a while ,so it will need a little love . just reduced from 140,000.00 to a bargain basement price of 10,000 no sale`s tax or auction fee`s can delivery within one mile from my house other wise you are responsible for transporting from it`s present location . willing to barter for a late model low mileage automobile .

  5. i only have one key but it weights 40lb`s it is a 3 speed it has improved a little the more i work on it it is worst at first start up seems to do better after warmup .. it has to be sometihing in or around carb choke vacuum ? if ya tap gas pedal it helps to keep it running i also turned the idle up
  6. my 78 Dodge D100 slant 6 keeps shutting off when i slow down or come to a stop , not everytime but if it idles for to long it will shut off , has new fuel pump , air and gas filters , battery , voltage reg. and i cleaned out the carb . any idea`s " carb problems ,,, battery cables ??

  9. Does anyone have any idea of how to remove the pully from the power steering pump . it looks like there is an allen bolt in there but it won`t budge ?
  10. Is this a late 54 or later Plymouth 230 ? those had a fly wheel .... if it were a Dodge 230 the flywheel would be attached to the fluid drive unit ? U can`t bolt a F.D. Transmisson to a 218 with a 4 hole crank even if u drill 4 more holes it will be to close to the back of the engine , u could make a spacer to go between the 2 to make up the difference. i installed in my 49 PLymouth Woodie a 54 Plymouth 230 with the 230 fly wheel with a standard 3 speed transmission no problems . but when you use a 218 fly wheel on a dodge 230 with a standard non F.D. transmission the starter which are all the same " i have a few dozen of them ' will not reach , it will have to have surgery . r we confused yet ?
  11. Is there any benefit to be in od 1st & 2ng gear ? and couldn`t you rig it where you could just drop it in OD when you reached a higher cruisin speed then have it disingage when you drop down to a low speed manually or automaticly ?

  14. Last time i was in ELKO , GA Tim told his little friend JOSE to shake a paint can that same way . then Tim sent me to the store locking the door behind me so he and his friend could do a little painting. WOW ! TIM is aPRO !
  15. i once saw a documentary about a bearded ballet dancer from GA. who loved old cars and had a special friend who worked at Home Depot and in their spare time grew flowers and polished chrome , i don`t know it just reminded me of someone ?

WHEN u say move the clutch housing mount forward are you talking about the cross member that the bell housing bolts to ? how did u move it ? ,did u use the Plymouth bell housing ? if so the mounting holes are closer together on the Plymouth cross member than the dodge ? how did u deal with this ? or did u use the Plymouth cross member ? thanx
