  1. The site was hacked and many of the files corrupted but some were saved. I'll see what I can get to JB and they can be posted on this site. I'm not going to continue the web site as it would take to much to recreate it.
  2. Here are a few pics - all 249 of them! Thank you to Tim and everyone who helped make this the best ever. http://s91.photobucket.com/user/goldkoch/library/?sort=2&page=1 If you're registered with photobucket feel free to add comments such as names of people and make/model of vehicle. I'm sure many others would appreciate this. http://s91.photobucket.com/user/goldkoch/library/?sort=2&page=1 Hope you enjoy. It was a terrific day
  3. Harvey Suhling asked me to post this. Thought you all might enjoy it. I agree, but I wouldn't do this to my truck. They don't make trucks, or drivers, like they used to...fun to watch... CLICK ON OILFIELD DODGE 1920
  4. The domain is paid up until next year. Checking on what's the problem. In the mean time you can use this: http://dodgepilothouseclub.com/ It's the same, just not .org.
  5. Have the same problem. The rails are so narrow it's hard to repair. Some spots are rusted through.
  6. You'll find some Fargo brochures and parts list here if you need them: http://dodgepilothouseclub.org/know/know.htm and: http://dodgepilothouseclub.org/garage/garage.htm

  9. It's right at the top. If it's not showing then your browser has cached a previous version of the page. You need to refresh the cache in the browser.
  10. Just uploaded three sales videos made for Dodge that compare our pilot-house trucks to either Chevy or Ford. These were produced in the 50's as filmstrips and were just converted to video. Why is Dodge so much better? Watch these and you'll have the facts. Hope you enjoy them. http://dodgepilothouseclub.org/know/know.htm
  11. I hope it's OK to toot the horn for Chrysler here on the forum, and the innovations they are making with their trucks. I find it encouraging to see the new Ram ( yea, I know they dropped the Dodge label) trucks doing so well lately. Makes me proud to be a Dodge truck owner. 12. For those wondering about needing the top speed in order to register a truck in Germany here is what their DMV requires: "For info, in Germany you need: the speed rating, length, width, height, weight, total weight, cubikinch, horsepower, exhaust emission, number off seats, lights, tire size (for tacho deviation), warning blinker, warning triangle, first aid kit, etc. The data is available in a database costs 150 €. Yeah sure I can maths but I do not know the gearbox / diff ratio. In order to drive on motorways vehicles must drive at least 37 miles. Germany is not so easy" . And we thought our state motor vehicle departments were horrible!
  13. If not on the door then you'll need to look on the frame: http://dodgepilothouseclub.org/know/vin/model.htm
  14. Here's a nice article dealing with heat risers. If anything you want it open. http://dodgepilothouseclub.org/know/riser/riser.htm
  15. The other fun Dodge was this 46 COE car carrier: And one of our own, Monkey Truck (Eric) has been making the rounds to a number of car shows in the area the last few weekends: Next year I'll park my truck right next to Eric's. Really!
  16. Went to our Peggy Sue car/truck show this morning before the weather got too hot. Found three nice Dodge trucks: The eye stopper was this 1950 Dodge Stake Dually. Totally restored by a local body shop. The delight was to find a 5.7L Hemi crammed in without cutting the firewall. A nice restoration that got a lot of attention. It was at the entrance and got a lot of attention:
  17. I received this question in the mail today and was hoping someone could help me with an answer. I've never had this question before. Can anyone help? "I hope you can help me. l am owner from Germany. The pickup is a 1952, 3B3, (I'm think he means B3B) 3 speed manual. For approval in Germany, i am looking for a confirmation of an authorized top speed."
  18. Here's a question sent to me and I have no idea of the answer or where to find it: "I hope you can help me. l am owner from Germany. The pickup is a 1952, 3B3, (I'm think he means B3B) 3 speed manual. For approval in Germany, i am looking for a confirmation of an authorized top speed." Anybody have any ideas on this? Thanks
  19. Clesters has been used by many members with good results. So has Steele Rubber. Do a search on Clesters here in the forum and you'll find previous conversations on this.
  20. This was posted on craigslist here in Santa Rosa. It didn't sell so I called the guy. He doesn't want it going to the crusher, but also is under pressure to get it off his property. He says it's a 51 cab with no dents, but some surface rust, though no rot. The fenders are "large" so I assume they are 53/54 style. Later Model 4X4 Dodge Frame That Has Both Axles In It And Transmission And Transfer Case With Drive Lines. It Has Disk Front Brakes And Drums In The Rear And Has The Master Cylinder Hooked Up. He's asking $300 for it all. I don't have room for another cab. Since he couldn't sell it on Craigslist I told him I'd put it on the forum. Contact him, Branden Garrison, at 707 888 2745 or email: branden@sonomacountyheatandair.com Hope someone can find a great home for this.
