  1. I bought my B2D almost 10 years ago. I have been "ugly"driving it for 7 years, each year I get a bit of time to add door handles, interior covers etc. It has been a lot of fun, and driving it keeps me motivated.

On the side I have worked with my son on a '78Nova, and more recently he started autocross racing so a 240sx and now a right hand drive Supra.

On top of that I have the same disease everyone here has and also picked up a '48 Fargo, which is going hotrod, so at that way I can get in the morning and choose original, or modified.

  2. mine just had rubber pads (8) on my long box 1 ton

Napaonline show a seal - their part number NOS 11065 Steering Housing Seal I.D. : 1.1250" Steering Housing Seal O.D. : 1.5660" Steering Housing Seal Width : .1880" I am headed to NAPA today to see if they have one here or if I have to wait for them to get it in. NAPA didn't have it in stock but were able to get it in 1 1/2 hours. That impressed me. The one I received is an SKF seal part #11065.
