  1. I was worried about that as well. I dont know if the sol can handle the new voltage. I believe the solenoid should still act the same regardless of the polarity. The ground coming from the kick down switch does help thank you.
  2. I have the circuit disconnected right now because I don't really know how to wire it. Making a new harness to go down to the transmission right now but I'm unsure where to put positive and negative on the circuit.
  3. I have a 1950 desoto custom that I recently did a 12v conversion and Replaced the wire harness. Changed it from positive ground to negative ground. Having an issue with acceleration from a stop. I believe the problem is with the kick down circuit and anti stall solenoid. I dont know if I have it wired correctly. With changing the polarity of the car so i need to change anything in this circuit? It's a fluid drive system, which I dont know much about, and all i can find is an old diagram of the circuit and it's not very clear on what needs a positive and a negative. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
