About Me

I'm in the throes of gathering parts to restore a 1948 Dodge my dad and I got in 1972 when I was 11 years old for $325 dollars. It has 47,500 original miles on it and we MIGHT have put 25 miles on it in the 40 plus years we've had it. Dad finally sent it up to me from Missouri and my local mechanic has been tinkering around with it to get it up and running. Almost there!  But I'm in need of some parts,  yet, and advice from any fellow Dodge enthusiasts. I'm not mechanical at all, I just love the car and can't wait to FINALLY get behind the wheel of the old gal.
