  1. I had the same problem with my 1950 Fargo. This problem occurred after the shoes were relined. The new lining material was too thick. I spoke to the person who relined the shoes. He recommended I use a belt sander to thin the new linings.
  2. I added ground straps from engine to frame, frame to cab, frame to dump box and frame to front clip (fenders, grill and hood). After adding ground straps I noticed that the headlamps were a lot brighter.

  4. Hi, I am sort of a new member. I was a member a few years ago and with moving and new email addresses, I was unable to log in with old account. I have a 1950 FN1 1/2 ton Fargo pickup restored to original. Except for radial tires and a Pertronix ignition. As for rare parts. I have a rear window defroster that came with my truck. It attaches with suction cups to the rear window.
