3 speed tranny linkage

Hello mopar owners, i am am having trouble adjusting the shifting linkage. I can’t get reverse and it seem to only have 2nd and 3rd. It’s difficult to do alone without someone to meet be the linkages while I am underneath. Any guidance is greatly appreciated. attached are some photos. G Durgin Oakland, CA
