About Me

My dad got a 48 business coupe as a father/son project when I was 7. I bought my first car (48 4 door sedan) from a junk yard called Memory Lane in SoCal when I was 13...side note...that car was sent to the yard from a studio and was a 20 footer in a nice shade of puke green that can be seen in a few intros of Happy Days parked in front of Arnolds. Traded my nice front end for his banged up one and a 360/904. Got them in my sedan in high school auto shop then sold it for a 72 Challenger. Years later upon completing my 3rd Challenger (70 440 RT/SE), my dad decided he wanted it. We worked out a deal and I got his coupe as a partial trade. It was a street rod that had sat for many years so Ive been chipping away at it and making it my own. Currently has a cough cough Buick mill...but thats gonna go as soon as a few other projects are taken care of. Right now it runs great, which is more than I can say for a couple of my other projects, so eventually a 440/727 or a 360/r154 5spd are in its future. Current dilemma is gasser or leadsled. This was the car that started it all for me and has a lot of parts from my first car sooooo im keepin it til im pushin daisies and itll probably never be "done"
