Product Refund Policy (New Products)

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your new product purchase, you can either return your order for refund or exchange it for something else up to 10 days from the purchase date.
  • A 15% re-stocking fee may be charged.
  • Returns MUST be pre-approved and will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  • To issue a RMA, email info@p15-d24.com with date of purchase, order number, item description, invoice number and reason you wish to return the item.
  • RMA must be clearly visible on outside of returned package. Packages without a visible RMA number will be refused and returned to shipping party.
  • Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.


Product Refund Policy (Used Products) 

  • Used product purchases (including all used parts) are non-refundable and all purchases are final.
  • All used parts are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranties of condition, uninterrupted use, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
