  1. This truck came to me with a Mass inspection sticker from 1968, pretty sure it has not been on the road since then. Have been working on this just a bit over year, body/paint done before but needed much mechanical attention, engine rebuilt - brakes - steering - drivetrain, just about anything you could think of needed something done to it. Finally on the road again!!! Still need some "bugs" worked out, but runs good and I just love driving him. Have preened a lot of knowledge and info from you guys - THANKS.

  4. My excavator buddy left his paving machine and one of his road rollers by me over the weekend, I borrowed the roller and rolled all my gravel road and graveled yard areas making everything nice and flat. When I finished my wife said you should get one of those for us to keep here and to use on a regular basis. Never before has my wife suggested I buy a piece of iron so I ran with the ball and bought my friends machine within the hour. We now own a 1995 Ingersol Rand D22 three ton roller with dual vibrating drums in excellent condition.

  5. Notice this image from an original Chrysler Manual. Look at the valve. Far left end of Master Cylinder. Next, notice this image from a Motors Manual, for the same car. Look at the same valve. Notice this one illustrates a seat. Did your MC rebuild kit come with this seat? If so, where did it end up up inside the MC?

  6. I’ve got one of these units and plan on installing it on my 52 suburban everything is either new or rebuilt in the brake system with a remote fill reservoir looked at the remote vacuum brake booster but they recommend I use two boosters one front and one rear. Seemed like a lot of hardware Hoping someone out their had some experience with the E-Z power booster but I’ll update my experience with the effectiveness of this system

  7. They can also be fun to use? At least occasionally. Maybe Not so much if it was a full time job. Do the rollers have water added to them as needed? Enjoy your roller! ? Also a flat driving area. DJ

  9. Found myself a horn ring that wasn't broken. On the old ring one of the archs was broken out.
