  1. Finished the P20 dash today. Clear coat, wet sand, last clear coat. Painted the gauge panel and glove box door. I’ll have to do the door and window trim now.

  4. this is located on the rear passenger side of the engine of a 51 Plymouth. Should there be a tube that extends down to below the oil pan?

  5. There is supposed to be a tube attached at that point that extends low enough to get into the airflow under the vehicle. The airflow across the opening of the tube creates a partial vacuum (Venturi effect). That vacuum pulls air, cleaned by the oiled wire mesh in the oil filler cap, through the crankcase to remove any combustion byproducts that get into the crankcase.

  8. Two choices, find a Borg Warner overdrive fron a newer Mopar, or change the rear axle. Many use Jeep Cherokee or Ford Explorer. Overdrive is easier, but can be hard to find and expensive to buy because of popularity. Use the search function at top of page for detailed information. Ask questions, lots of help on this site.

  9. Was there all day Friday. Amazing how much stuff is there and the quality of the cars. Last time I was there was 2001. I like how everything is on a paved surface now. Unfortunately I think it's my last visit to Hershey. Too long of a drive for me-12+ hrs and too many tolls to pay. I paid more in tolls than in gas! The other unfortunately is there's no local show or swap meet that can compare.................The weather was outstanding and my wife and I enjoyed Fri evening in downtown Carlisle. So it was a good time anyway.......................

  10. I'm using a '72 Satellite 8 1/4. Original wheels fit and bolts right in with no mods.

  11. Cut 1 and 1/2 coils up front and 3" blocks in the rear. Rides way better no more 'floaty' feeling. Yes that's a technical term. It's getting there!
